• Do I need to make a reservation? Can I make a reservation on the same day?
  Advance reservations are generally recommended, but can be made on the day of the event as long as there are spaces available.
  Reservations can be made via the web or by phone; for same-day reservations, please call directly.
• Can I change or cancel my reservation? Are there cancellation fees?
  It is possible to change the date or cancel the reservation after it has been made.
  Cancellation fees vary from store to store, but cancellations up to the day before the date of use are free of charge, while same-day cancellations are charged 1001 TP3T of the fee.

• What are your rental rates and plans?
  Rental rates vary by plan and are available in various types.
  All plans include a complete set of kimono for dressing, with an additional option to choose a luxury kimono.
• What payment methods are available? Do you accept credit cards?
  In addition to cash, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, etc.) and electronic money are accepted for payment.

• Does your staff speak languages other than Japanese? Is English available?
  Yes, international customers are welcome!
  Japanese and English are available at the store. Even when English-speaking staff are not available, English information pamphlets are available.
• Do you provide haircuts and hair accessories?
  Professional hairdressers are available as an optional service for full-scale haircuts (some plans may include a haircut fee).
  Some hair ornaments are available for free rental at the store.
  Some products are also available for sale.
  If you wish to use this service, please ask at the reception desk.
• What is the flow of the kimono rental day and how long does it take?
  After your visit, you will first select a kimono, obi, and accessories of your choice.
  Next, the staff will dress the bride and, if necessary, apply her hair.
  Preparation can be completed in as little as 30 minutes (for one person).
  Depending on the time you choose and how crowded it is, you can usually expect to see them for about 45-60 minutes.
  When you are ready, you can go straight to sightseeing.
• Is there anything I need to bring on the day of the event? Can I go without anything?
  Basically, you can come empty-handed.
  Underwear, tabi (socks), sandals, bags, etc. necessary for dressing are all included in the rental fee, so there is no need to prepare them yourself.
  In winter, it is comfortable to wear innerwear with an open collar and leggings to keep out the cold.
• Do you offer photography options? Can you take photos of me in my kimono?
  Some stores offer an optional photo plan with a professional photographer.
  If you wish, please let us know at the time of reservation.
• What types of kimonos can I rent? Do you have yukata and furisode?
  We have a wide range of kimonos from komon kimonos for casual outings to gorgeous furisode (long-sleeved kimono) and hakama for graduation ceremonies.
  Cool yukata can be rented during the summer months.
  Kimonos for men and children (approx. 3 to 12 years old) are also available.
• What sizes of kimono can I rent?
  Kimonos for women are approximately equivalent to sizes S-L, while men's kimonos are available in sizes M-3L.
  We offer obis that can be made wider and longer kimonos that can be worn by larger or taller people.
  If you have any concerns, please contact us in advance.
• What happens in case of rain or bad weather?
  If it is only a light rain, we will be open as usual.
  If it is difficult to come to the restaurant due to inclement weather such as typhoons or heavy snowfall that stops public transportation, we will reschedule or waive the cancellation fee.
  If you wish to cancel for weather reasons, please contact us as soon as possible.
• How do I return my kimono? Is there a specific return time?
  On the day of use, please return your kimono set by 4:30 p.m. on the last day of use.
  If the return time is overdue, a next day return option (fee required, ID needed) is available.
  Basically, we do not accept returns by courier service or other means.
  Please be sure to contact us in advance if you are going to be late in returning the item.
• Can you take care of my luggage? Is it okay if I have a large suitcase?
  Yes, we will keep your clothes, bags, and other baggage taken off for changing free of charge, except for valuables.
  However, due to store space limitations, oversized suitcases may be guided to a pay locker or be a pay storage option.
  Please take care of your own valuables.
• How can I get to the store? Do you have a parking lot?
  30 second walk from exit 6 of Keihan Gion-Shijo Station.
  With Minami-za Theater on your right and Yasaka Shrine in front of you, turn right at the first corner and you will find a glass-walled building on the second floor on your left.
  You will see kimonos on display.
